Join The Glam Vamps for a night of feminist rock, activism, and debauchery at our “Abortion Access For All: A Riot Grrrl-Themed Event & Fundraiser” on Saturday, March 14 at Nietzsche’s. All the proceeds from the night’s ticket sales and raffle sales will go toward the New York Abortion Access Fund.

The night will feature local Buffalo bands Adelaide, SPUD, and The Spit Sisters, each playing their original music, along with riot grrrl covers while being joined by burlesque performers.

There will also be a main burlesque set curated by The Glam Vamps featuring Kerry Fey, SugaTush, Leopard Laydee, Miss Andrist, Dolores De La Vida, Tater Tits, and Ivy Bordeaux. The entire night will be hosted by Queen City Feminist.

We will also have a few local organizations, such as Sex Ed Stuff, Planned Parenthood, and others tabling, as well as a raffle featuring prizes from several local businesses and organizations.

The Grateful Dans are a powerhouse trio built on deep grooves, long jams, and a whole lot of heart - with surprise sit-in musicians adding an extra spark to every show…and they’re in our front room every 2nd & 4th Sunday of the Month, from 3:30-5:30pm.

Front and center is Buffalo’s very own Danny Lynn Wilson, leading the charge with soulful vocals and dynamic guitar work. Holding down the low end is Mike Reid on bass, locking in tight rhythms with Ted Chubbuck Jr. on drums.

Hailing from Buffalo, these three have been playing together so long it feels like they started when dinosaurs walked the planet. That kind of history translates into jams that fit together like a tight-knit cashmere sweater — warm, smooth, and impossible to pull apart.
